Reteta Negrese Americane - Brownies

Reteta Negrese Americane - Brownies - reteta 1 :

Ingrediente:
    1/2 cana unt sau margarina
    1/2 cana cacao
    1 cana zahar
    2 oua
    1 pliculet zahar vaniliat
    1/2 cana faina
    1/4 lingurita sare

      1/4 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu 
Optional:1-2 cani de stafide,nuci,chipsuri sau bucatele de ciocolata,marshmallow,M&M


Mod de preparare:
Se da drumul la cuptor.
Se amesteca untul cu cacao.
Se adauga zaharul .
Se adauga ouale unul cate unul si se amesteca bine.
Se adauga zaharul vanilat,faina si sarea si se amesteca numai pana cand nu se mai vede faina.


Se adauga ingredientele optionale.


Se pune compozitia intr-o forma patrata si se da la cuptor cam 25 minute.
Nu se tine prea mult caci devine prea uscat.Se face testul cu scobitoarea si e gata cand iese inca umeda.

Ingrediente:
* 100 gr unt, taiat cubulete
* 200 gr ciocolata cu lapte
* 4 oua
* 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
* 200 gr zahar brun
* 100 gr faina
* 30 gr pudra de cacao
* 1 lingurita praf de copt
* un praf de sare
* 100-200 gr fulgi de ciocolata amaruie sau alba/nuci/alune/stafide etc.

Mod de preparare:

1. Se incinge cuptorul la 190°C.
2. Se topesc impreuna in cuptorul cu microunde sau la bain-marie ciocolata si untul.
3. Intr-un vas se amesteca faina cu pudra de cacao, praful de copt si sarea.Intr-un alt vas se mixeaza ouale cu zaharul brun pana cand incep sa isi mareasca volumul.Se incorporeaza amestecul cu ciocolata si vanilia urmate de cel cu faina.Se inglobeaza fulgii de ciocolata.Se toarna aluatul obtinut intr-o forma de copt si se da la copt 25-30 minute.

Here is the brownies recipe in English:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional: 
1 -2 cup chocolate chips (semisweet, white, butterscotch, peanut butter) or 1 -2 cup raisins or 1 -2 cup choppedmaraschino cherries or 1 -2 cup choppednuts or 1 -2 cup M&M's or 1 -2 cup Reese's pieces or 1 -2 cup miniature marshmallow

Preheat oven to 350°F.2 Grease an 8 inch square pan or line with foil.
In a medium bowl combine melted butter and cocoa and stir until cocoa is dissolved.Add sugar and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time and stir until well combined. Stir in vanilla, flour and salt until you no longer see any flour (do not overmix)
Add the optional ingredients.
Spread in pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
DO NOT OVER-BAKE -- your brownies will come out dry. Adjust time/temp accordingly for your oven. If you do the knife/toothpick test, it should come out with moist crumbs, not clean.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
